This is sooooo comforting and easy to make!
Ingredients
- 1 pack chorizo
- 2 T paprika
- 1 T chili powder
- 1/4 c chipotle
- 1/4 c nooch
- 1 T garlic powder
- 1 T onion powder
- Salt and upper
- Chopped tomato
- 1 1/2 c cheese of choice
- Half pound Mac
- Enough water to almost cover
- Then a splash of milk
Instructions
- Take half a pack of BE-Hive chorizo and some diced onions and bell peppers and saute in a large saucepan.
- Get ‘er browned and fragrant and add spices, choppped tomato, 1 1/2 c of vegan cheese, 1//4 c of chipotle peppers in adobo, half a pound of uncooked macaroni and enough water to almost cover it. Add a splash of soymilk and bring to a boil.
- Move it to a simmer and cook covered for 10 mins. Uncover that gooey bad boy and cook until macaroni is done, mixing all that goodness together. It’s the sloppy slop of your dreams made plant based.
