To my surprise, the sliced turkey and breakfast sausage taste just like meat. Both low the sodium. The sliced turkey has the texture of cheddar cheese. I cooked and crumbled the sausage and added to my homemade waffle batter. Yummy.
I discovered & enjoyed BeHive V pepperoni I bought at a local co-op in Columbus, OH. Best V-pep I've ever had (better than mine)!
Then I found BeHive online & felt as if I'd "hit the jackpot"! The hot pepperoni is delicious, too & I can't wait to try their seitan bacon (which, I included in my 6 pack) & fix pizzas & tlt's for new neighbors in my new community!
