Position Overview: You will be part of the team that makes 1000’s of vegan products a week at our Vegan Meat Factory!
We are seeking hardworking, dependable and detail oriented people that enjoy maximizing efficiencies to work at our production facility in Nashville TN where we make vegan meats and cheeses.

The day to day for a Production Line Team Member includes prepping formulas for production, cooking, processing and packing product in a way that is in line with our sanitation protocols. Position begins on the packing line and evolves into more complex processes of production like handling equipment and formulating recipes. There are many opportunities for growth within this role as well as within the company as a whole.
Responsibilites:
- Complete various production tasks as assigned by Production Managers.
- Assist the Production Manager during line start ups and change overs
- Maintain product quality and ensure product is being produced in compliance with customer specifications.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, work on your feet, stay organized and keep a clean work area.
- Use our cloud based ERP software to properly track all steps in the production process and ensure safety and traceability
- Work efficiently to maintain high rates of production as set by the Production Managers.
- Follow Formula directions to properly create pre-mixes, wet mixes, tube sausages, steam foods, shred and pack cheeses, slice/process and pack all seitans.
- Keep a diligent eye for non-comforming products and notify Production Lead and QA Manager when these situations arise
- Contribute to a safe and efficient work environment.
- Attends meetings when applicable.
- Attends re-trainings regularly
- Maintain regular, predictable and on time attendance
- Safely perform tasks, and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Foster healthy peer relations, and motivate others.
- Follow all GMP's, Food Defense and quality policies.

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of our business by ensuring the accurate packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management of products. The ideal candidate will be efficient, able to work under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all shipping requirements are met.
• Receive incoming products and verify their condition, quantity, and quality.
• Conduct local deliveries as needed, ensuring prompt and safe arrival of goods.
• Manage inventory levels and assist in organizing stock, ensuring products are properly stored and easily accessible.

- Managing the entire social media account for The BE Hive
- Content Creation: Videos (long and short for IG/YT), Food Porn (pictures of food that make your mouthwater), Graphic Design for POS and Marketing Material, Merch Photography for Website and Socials
- Building a Social Strategy with Management and adhering to the schedule and execution of said strategy
- Pushing the envelope of what it means to be a food company that came from musical creative roots.
- Incorporating our musical background into the BE Hive vibe
- Telling the digital story of The BE Hive, and the mission we are setting out to accomplish
- Help Ben start a podcast, and assist in the direction and content involved.
- Documenting the BEhind the scenes view of the inner workings of this organization, and the journey of getting closer towards are our goal.
- STORYTELLING- we want to utilize our platform to break down the stigma of what vegan mostly means to the public. You must fully understand our mission, morals and strategy, and then be able to create content that communicates that in a simple, creative and effect way.
Needs for the Job:
- Must have a great attitude and work your ass off.
- Your own equipment (computer, camera, misc. accessories). If we need specific equipment that you don’t currently have (like for a podcast for example), we can make that happen. Basic equipment is a necessity though. You need to be already creating content for this role.
- The desire and ability to travel.
- A creative approach! We have a lot of crazy ideas, and the sky is the limit. Let’s do some cool shit and see what sticks.
- You must understand the art of the Story.
- The ability to take feedback without getting defensive is crucial. We have a brand and vision, and building content up to our standards is crucial. We will be ultimately creating things together, but the first step is to fully understand our brand and embrace it. From this point on is where the magic will happen if you’re the right person.

This is a full time Job and will vary day to day as far as location goes.
Opportunity:
Our larger goal here is to create a Media division of the BE Hive. If you come in and crush it, then we will be building the division underneath you.
