Ingredients
- 2 Pizza Doughs - Store bought or homemade, cook according to their directions
- Half a block of tofu2 Cloves of Garlic
- 3 TB quality olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 TB Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 TB Lemon Juice
- 1 TB Dijon Mustard
- ½ Green Bell Pepper - sliced
- ½ Onion - sliced
- ½ c Mushroom - sliced
- 2 Stacks BE Hive Seitan Pepperoni
- ½ package BE Hive Breakfast Sausage - crumbled into small chunks
- ¼ c Black Olives - slice
- 4 Cups vegan mozz
- Your fav red sauce to dip it in
- Olive oil to brush it with
Instructions
- Cook the meats: Crumble and sauté the breakfast sausage until browned. Add the pepperoni and lightly heat. Transfer to a bowl and let cool.
- Cook the veggies: Sauté the peppers and onions in a little oil, then set aside.
- Make the tofu ricotta: In a food processor, blend all the ricotta ingredients until smooth.
- Assemble the calzone: Stretch your pizza dough. On one side, layer the tofu ricotta, cheese, peppers, onions, meats, olives, and more cheese and ricotta.
- Seal and bake: Fold the dough over, seal the edges, and bake until golden brown. Serve with your favorite red sauce!
