Are your Products GLuten Free?
Our seitan is made of Vital wheat gluten and does contain Gluten.
How long does your seitan last once purchaseD?
All Items should be kept refrigerated and will stay fresh up to 6 weeks unopened. Please use within 4-6 days once opened for best quality. They can also be stored frozen and stay fresh up to 18 months when frozen in original packaging.
What are some Preparation tips:
Our Products are great sautéed in a pan, heated in a cast iron, grilled, or eaten cold. If baking, it is best to cook covered, mixed in a sauce, or topped with one of our delicious cheezes to retain moisture.

Are your products NON-GMO?
currently our products are not certified non-gmo. In order to continue to make plant based foods that are accessible, we aim to have approachable pricing and currently that means not being certified non-gmo. we use non-gmo vital wheat gluten.
