We're looking for A-Class talent to join us in Nashville to help scale our Food Service sales across the country.

Position Overview: Do you love vegan food and want to make a difference in our food system? Are you an independent, motivated, chill person who likes talking to people, is open to travel, and can sell the shit out of some dope plant food? Tight, let’s get into it. 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Sales Rockstar and Foodie 

    • Experienced: You’ve been hustling in sales for 2-3 years, ideally in the food world, and you know how to close deals like a pro.

    • Established: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with strong negotiation and closing skills.

    • Connected: Ability to build relationships with retailers, distributors, and foodservice operators. Got a little black book of contacts in retail, restaurants, or distribution? That’s a huge plus.

  • Passion for Plants 

    • Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of vegan and plant-based products, with a genuine passion for promoting sustainable and ethical food choices.

    • Industry Insight: You keep up with the latest in vegan trends and know what’s hot and what’s not. 

  • People Person 

    • Networker: You’re a natural at making people feel like they’re a part of something bigger.

    • Persuader: You’ve got the gift of gab and can pitch products in a way that makes people say, “I need this.”

    • Customer Centric: Dedicated to providing excellent customer service and addressing client needs effectively.

    • Independent: You don’t need someone looking over your shoulder. You know how to manage your time and get shit done. 

    • Driven: You’re all about hitting those targets and then some. Challenges? Bring them on. 

    • Problem-Solver: When something goes sideways, you’re the one who finds a way to fix it.

  • Flexible and Ready to Roll 

    • Travel: Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings, trade shows, and events.

    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and company goals.

  • Brand Champion 

    • Brand Ambassador: Ability to represent the company’s brand values and mission in all interactions.

    • Promotional Skills: Experience in organizing and participating in promotional events, including product demos and tastings.

  • Data-Driven Decision Maker

    • Analytical: Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies. You do your research, ya know? 

    • Reporting: Skilled in preparing and presenting sales reports, forecasts, and plans to management.

  • Tech-Savvy

    • CRM Proficiency: You’re comfortable with CRM systems and keeping your pipeline organized.

    • Digital Sales Tools: Whether it’s virtual sales calls, e-commerce, or social media, you know how to work the digital side of things.
