Chorizo stufed wontons
be a vegan snack machine!
You’ll need:
Half pack of BE-Hive Chorizo
Half can of Refried beans
Sour cream
Salsa
Hot sauce
Egg free dumpling wrappers
Optional green onions and cilantro
Oil to fry
Get the sauce out of the way. Mix vegan sour cream, your favorite salsa, some green onions or cilantro and your favorite hot sauce. BOOM DONE
Saute half a pack of BE-Hive Chorizo then add half a can of vegetarian retried beans, a little water to help get it moving, and mix until you have a delicious spicy paste. Add some cilantro and green onions and let cool so you don’t burn your little fingers.
Get your pack of wrappers out and a small dish of water to wet your fingers to wet the dough. Put about a Tablespoon of filling in then press to seal. Do this until you run out of filling.
Shallow fry your snack packets until golden brown on both sides, drain them on a rack or some paper towels, serve with your sauce and you’re a cool hors d'oeuvres boi now. You can put anything in these crispy dudes, have fun and get dippin.
