Spooky Halloween Charcuterie!

Vegans want a spooky halloween severed arm charcuterie too, people! Delicious BE Hive Deli Slices and Roast BEef make up the outside of this delicoius herbed cream cheese hand. Wow your party goers and be the coolest vegan this halloween.

INGREDIENTS:

2 8oz containers of vegan cream cheese

¼ c chopped parsley

¼ c chopped scallions

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

4 slices vegan cheese, dealers choice

1 package BE Hive Deli Slices

1 package BE Hive Roast BEef Slices

5 olives for fingernails

Other charcuterie board sides of choice!

• Fruit, other cheeses, mustards, pickles, nuts

INSTRUCTIONS:

To make your herbed cream cheese innards, combine everything in a food processor until smooth.

Next, trace out the shape our your hand and about 6 inches up your arm. Make your fingers by wrapping Deli Slices around pieces of cheese and place them down on your tracing. Then, build the cream cheese into the shape of your hand, connected the fingers and working down to the fore arm. Gently drape more seitan around the cream cheese to create your arm.

Add any other fun charcuterie items like fruits, nuts, spreads, olives and pickles. Olives make great finger nails or here we used cherry tomatoes!
