You will need:

1 pack of BE-Hive Filets
1/2 Onion
2 c of pea, carrot, corn mix
2 T Better than Bouillion vegan beef broth (or 2 - 3 c of vegan broth of choice)
2 T tomato paste
1/4 c vegan Worcestershire
1 T onion powder
Rosemary, parsley, thyme

5-6 Peeled potatoes
4 T vegan butter
Splash of plant milk
Garlic, nooch, and salt& pepper to taste

Let’s make a vegan Shepard’s Pie
Get your potatoes peeled and boiled, can’t have a Shepard’s pie without mashed potatoes.

You’ll need one pack of BE-Hive seitan Files for this one. Crack em’ open and give them a rough chop. You’ll need to pulse them in a food processor to make a ground.

Get your veg together, chop your onion.

Gather up your bouillon, tomato paste, Worcestershire and spices

Brown some onions, throw your BE-hive seitan in there, add in your seasoning mix, some flour and water or more broth, heating til thick.

Transfer to a casserole dish.
MASH those potatoes. We like to make them cheesy by adding some nooch.  OH and garlicccc.

Smoothly Spread them over your beefy mix, fork em for extra crisp and bake for at least 30 mins at 400.

You’re ready to gorge and take a nap.
